Guests are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy the estate at their own pace. Upon entering the Hololio driveway, follow the road through to the polo grounds where ample parking is available.

Established in 1895, Champagne Gardet is a boutique family-owned Champagne Maison imported exclusively by Fine Wine Delivery. The House style is that of longer ageing on lees in bottle to develop greater richness, complexity, body and finer bubbles.
Ageing on lees in bottle is a hallmark of exceptional Champagne. The extended time spent on lees enhances texture and depth, bringing the brioche, biscuit and subtle honeyed notes we all love, while refining the mousse to create beautifully fine bubbles. This approach allows Champagne Gardet to craft a drier style sitting around 6-8 grams residual sugar, notably drier than many well-known Houses such as Moët (circa 12 grams) and Veuve (circa 10 grams).
Made from 100% Premier Cru fruit and aged 36+ months on lees, this is a beautifully fresh, dry Champagne. Gardet is currently served at the French Senate, The House of Lords and House of Commons Westminster London, and was previously served at the Élysée Palace and in Business Class cabins of Singapore, Japan and Lufthansa Airlines.
